Information, enquiries and project agreements

Website content is general information. It is not professional advice, a binding offer, a service-level commitment or a promise that a particular system or commercial result will be delivered. An enquiry, meeting or demonstration does not create a client relationship.

Any project must be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities, fees, payment, acceptance, support, intellectual property, confidentiality and data handling. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement governs the project.

Demonstrations and fictional data

Website CRM interfaces and any public demo environment use fictional organisations and illustrative figures. They must not be treated as customer records, testimonials or evidence of a promised result.

Do not enter personal data, confidential business information, production credentials or malicious content into a demonstration. Demo records may be changed or deleted without notice and should not be relied on for storage.

• probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
• upload malware or content that infringes another person's rights;
• interfere with availability or use automated access unreasonably; or

To the extent permitted by law, Hyphen Solutions is not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses arising solely from use of this informational website or a public demo. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the website, subject to any different dispute process agreed in a project contract.
